Twice-daily flights to Amsterdam with airBaltic from late March

On 30 March, airBaltic will be adding an additional daily flight between Tallinn and Amsterdam, connecting travellers even more conveniently to the UK, Central and Southern Europe and North America. The new afternoon flight will add a plethora of one-stop destinations with Dutch airline KLM, whose network of partners spans the entire globe.

Working with Air France, KLM and Delta Airlines, airBaltic ensures convenient connections from Tallinn via Amsterdam. “For example, with just a brief stopover in the Dutch capital you can fly on to Atlanta, Boston, New York, Salt Lake City, Toronto and other cities in North America,” explained Eero Pärgmäe, a member of the management board of AS Tallinna Lennujaam. “Cities in the UK like Aberdeen, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Inverness are just one stop away, too, as are popular Central and Southern European destinations like Basel, Bremen, Florence, Hanover, Lisbon, Madrid, Porto, Rome, Stuttgart and Valencia.”

Pärgmäe says the airport has been negotiating the additional flight with airBaltic for quite some time. “Estonian travellers fly to more than 1100 destinations every year, so good connections to major hubs are vital not only for us, but for foreign visitors coming to Tallinn as well,” he said.

Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam is one of the largest hubs in Europe, serving 66.8 million passengers per year. It is also the home base for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. Flights depart from the airport to more than 270 destinations, of which more than 100 are intercontinental and served by around 75 airlines.

Schedule of airBaltic’s Tallinn-Amsterdam flights from 30 March 2025:

Daily flights from Tallinn departing at 7:25 and 14:05
Daily flights from Amsterdam departing at 9:55 and 16:35

In addition, airBaltic is set to launch extra flights from Tallinn to its new non-stop destination of Reykjavik, as well as to Munich and Riga. Other new destinations are Tirana and Barcelona, and there will be flights throughout the summer season to Palma de Mallorca.
