VIP service is designed for travellers who value comfort, privacy and personalised service. It is suitable for both leisure and business travellers, whether travelling alone or as part of a group. The VIP service can be booked for both departing and arriving flights.

Pricing, payment and terms

A 50% surcharge applies if the service is provided on public holidays or at night (22:00–06:00).
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the service will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made 12–23 hours before the service will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
Any extension of FBO lounge usage caused by flight delays (e.g. weather conditions or technical issues) is free of charge for the customer.
Payment can be made by bank card; payment by bank transfer is possible by advance payment only.

Please note: The Client and/or the Booked Party is required to inform AS Tallinn Airport GH immediately of any changes to the information provided in the VIP service booking form (including flight number, destination, arrival/departure time, number of passengers and other service-related details). In such cases, the Booked Party must obtain confirmation from the Service Provider that the updated flight information has been received. Failure to comply with this obligation will result in the Client and/or the Booked Party being fully liable for any damage incurred by AS Tallinn Airport GH as a result of actions by third parties.

Good to know

We kindly ask you to book your VIP Service in advance, preferably at least 24 hours before the service is to be provided (Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00).

Travelling groups are kindly asked to arrive at the FBO complex together.

We will always try to accommodate each customer’s personal requests. When booking the service, let us know of your special requests well in advance so that we will be able to arrange a truly memorable travel experience for you.

Passengers on departing scheduled flights are required to arrive at the FBO area at least 1,5 hours before the departure, in order to be on time for their flight.

VIP Service customers enjoy one week of free parking for one car per person.

The persons exempt from security screening are stipulated in § 46¹¹ of the Aviation Act.
