Tallinna Airport FBO complex

VIP services in the demarcated area are provided for state visits, military and medical flights. The demarcated area can be ordered for both arriving and departing charter flights.

Price for up to ten passengers
Additional passenger 85 €
For large-scale orders (from 30 passengers) 70 € per passenger

Service Description

Set-up of the demarcated area
VIP service within the demarcated area
Use of the Järve Room in the open area of the FBO complex, including access to coffee, tea and drinking water dispensers
Escorts and greeters waiting in the open waiting area of the Järve Room are not required to undergo security screening
Security fees included

Good to Know

Please submit the order, along with the application and documentation for setting up the demarcated area, to FBO Tallinn in good time, no later than 48 hours prior to the service, during business hours (Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00).
A 50% surcharge applies if the service is provided:
– on public holidays
– during night-time hours (22:00–06:00)
The demarcated area can be ordered for both arriving and departing charter flights.
Important Information
The Client and/or the Ordering Party is obliged to immediately inform AS Tallinn Airport GH of any changes to the information provided in the demarcated area service order form (including, but not limited to, flight number, destination, arrival/departure time, number of passengers and other service-related information). In such cases, the Ordering Party must receive confirmation from the Service Provider that the updated flight information has been received.

If the Client and/or the Ordering Party fails to comply with the above obligation, the Client and/or the Ordering Party shall be fully liable for any damages incurred by AS Tallinn Airport GH as a result of actions taken by third parties.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the service: 100% refund
Cancellation less than 12 hours prior to the service or in case of no-show: no refund
All prices include VAT.

The FBO parking area, located at the southern end of the passenger terminal, is accessible by car from the roundabout at the main entrance of Tallinn Airport.
