Sales conditions of the Airport LHV Lounge

Purchased service:
- Entrance to the Airport LHV Lounge for an adult: 45.00 euros (includes VAT)
- Entry to the Airport LHV Lounge for a child (aged 2-12): 22.00 euros (includes VAT)
- The terms of sale apply to the Airport LHV Lounge purchased from the online store of Tallinn Airport.
- To complete the service, you must fill in the required data fields, agree to the terms of sale, and pay for the respective service via a bank link.
- To confirm the order, a confirmation letter is sent to the e-mail address entered by the Customer after payment of the invoice.
- The ticket guarantees one-time entry and is valid for one person.
- The ticket is valid for 6 months from the moment of purchase.
- The ticket with a unique code is only valid together with the boarding card for the flight departing from Tallinn Airport on the same day, which must be presented to the business customer service representative when entering the lounge.
- The ticket becomes invalid after validating the entry to the lounge.
- The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of an unused service purchased in the e-shop within 14 days after receiving the ordered ticket.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
- To return the service, it is necessary to submit an application and send it to the e-mail address [email protected] no later than 14 days from the moment of purchasing the service.
- For the return, the service ticket with the code and the purchase receipt proving the purchase of the ticket must be presented.
- The buyer has the right to contact Tallinn Airport within two months at the latest, by sending an e-mail to the address [email protected] or by calling 6508888 in the event of a lack of service.
- Tallinn Airport responds to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 working days.
- Tallinn Airport uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and to send the ticket to the buyer of the service.
- If the buyer has any complaints regarding the purchase or use of the service, they must be sent to the e-mail address [email protected]
