airBaltic to launch direct flights from Tallinn to Athens, Hamburg, and Vienna for Summer 2026

airBaltic has announced its flight schedule for the upcoming summer season (from the end of March to the end of October 2026), introducing direct flights from Tallinn to Athens, Hamburg, and Vienna. Flights to all three destinations will operate twice a week.

Additionally, flight frequency will increase on two existing routes: Copenhagen will be served up to 7 times a week during peak season (up from 4), and Munich up to 6 times a week (up from 5). In summer 2026, airBaltic will offer direct flights from Tallinn to more than 25 destinations across Europe.

Eero Pärgmäe, Member of the Management Board of Tallinn Airport, commented:
“For Tallinn Airport, every new or returning destination is a major win. We’ve worked hard on the Hamburg route. In addition to leisure travelers, Hamburg’s addition will certainly strengthen our business ties with Germany and increase the number of German tourist groups. It’s the third-largest city in Germany, an important business hub, one of Europe’s largest and most active port cities, and of course, it offers a wealth of culture and history.”

“Estonian travelers will also be delighted by the return of direct flights to Vienna and Athens from Tallinn Airport. As European capitals with diverse cultural and business significance, interest in these destinations is high and the potential traveler base is broad,” added Pärgmäe.

Winter 2025 Schedule (end of October to end of March): airBaltic will operate flights from Tallinn to 16 destinations. For the first time in history, regular flights will be available from Tallinn to Funchal, the capital of Madeira.
Winter destinations from Tallinn include:
Amsterdam, Barcelona, Brussels, Funchal, Geneva, Copenhagen, London, Gran Canaria, Malaga, Munich, Nice, Paris, Riga, Salzburg, Tenerife, and Vilnius.

Tickets are available on the airline’s website
