VIP Services Terms & Conditions
- The Client and/or the Party ordering the Service shall inform AS Tallinna Lennujaam immediately if the information specified in the form of subscribing to the VIP service (incl. the flight number, destination, time of arrival/departure, number of passengers and other Service-related information) changes. In this case, the Party ordering the Service shall obtain a confirmation from the Service Provider on the receipt of the changed flight information. In the event that te Client and/or the Party ordering the Service violates the aforementioned obligation, the Client and/or the Party ordering the Service shall be liable within the full extent for the loss which may be caused to AS Tallinna Lennujaam by third parties.
- You are required to arrive at the VIP area at least 1 hour before the departure, in order to be on time for your flight.
- Groups are required to arrive at the VIP Area together. Services are provided on scheduled departure flights.
- The service doesn´t include usage of the VIP-room.
Please note
- If the payer is the CLIENT, the PARTY ORDERING THE SERVICE is obliged to inform them of the invoice that will be sent to them and of the payment conditions.
- In the event that the CLIENT refuses to pay, the PARTY ORDERING THE SERVICE shall bear full responsibility for paying.
- Your travel document(s) must be valid and must meet the requirements of your destination(s).
- Please note! The persons exempt from security screening are stipulated in § 4611 of the Aviation Act.
- The heads of states, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Estonia, the President of the Riigikogu, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the spouses and minor children of the aforementioned persons travelling with them are exempt from security screening. Persons of foreign states with a similar position, the persons ensuring the protection of the persons listed in subsection § 4611 (4) of the Aviation Act and the bodyguards travelling with them or escorting them to the trip and the cabin baggage of the persons exempt from security screening are also exempt from security screening.
- At the request of the Director of the Office of the President of the Republic, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs may exempt a guest invited by the President of the Republic for a visit from security screening. The President of the Riigikogu may exempt from security screening the guests of the Riigikogu who are on an official visit to the Republic of Estonia. Information about exemption from security screening must be given pursuant to the procedure set forth in subsection § 4611 (43) of the Aviation Act.
- At the request of a member of the Government of the Republic or the State Secretary, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs may exempt guests who are on an official visit to the Republic of Estonia from security screening.
- The airport or heliport operator must be informed of the arrival to the security restricted area of a person exempt from security screening by the inviter of the person in writing, where possible, at least 48 hours before the arrival of the person at the airport.
- On national holidays, at night (22.00-06.00), during the weekend, ordering or changing the service 24-6 hours advance 20% will be added to the price
- Ordering or changing the service less than 6 hours advance 50% will be added to the price.
- If you cancel the service at least 24 hours before the service is to be provided, 100% of the price will be refunded.
- Upon cancelling between 12 to 24 hours in advance, 50% of the price will be refunded.
- Upon cancelling less than 12 hours in advance or upon not showing up, you are not eligible for a refund.
