VIP Service Terms & Conditions

The Client and/or the Service Booker must immediately inform AS Tallinn Airport GH of any changes to the information provided in the VIP service booking form (including flight numbers, destinations, arrival and departure times, number of passengers and any other service-related details). In such cases, the Service Booker must obtain confirmation from the Service Provider that the updated flight information has been received.

If the Client and/or the Service Booker fails to comply with the above obligation, the Client and/or the Service Booker shall be fully liable for any damage caused to AS Tallinn Airport GH by third parties.

To ensure timely boarding, passengers must arrive at the FBO area at least 1 hour before departure.

Please note

If the person ordering the service is not the end user (the Client), the Service Booker is responsible for informing the Client of the service price and payment terms. If the Client refuses to make payment, the Service Booker remains fully liable for the full cost of the service.

All passengers’ travel documents must be valid and comply with the requirements of the destination country or countries.

The following persons are exempt from security screening: heads of state, members of the Government of the Republic of Estonia, the Speaker of the Riigikogu, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, as well as their accompanying spouses and minor children. Security screening exemptions also apply to foreign officials holding equivalent positions, their protective personnel in accordance with Section 46¹¹(4) of the Aviation Act, and accompanying security staff or attendants and their hand luggage.

At the request of the Director of the Office of the President of the Republic, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs may also exempt a foreign guest arriving with an invitation to a reception hosted by the President of the Republic from security screening.

The Speaker of the Riigikogu may exempt guests of the Riigikogu who are visiting the Republic of Estonia on an official visit from security screening. Information regarding such exemptions must be provided in accordance with Section 46¹¹(43) of the Aviation Act.

A 50% surcharge applies when the service is booked on public holidays or at night (22:00–06:00).

If the service is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, 100% of the service fee will be refunded.

If the service is cancelled 12 to 24 hours in advance, 50% of the service fee will be refunded.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service or in the event of a no-show are non-refundable.
