Form for damaged baggage

If you discover damage to your baggage after leaving the airport, fill out the form below as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after arrival. Based on this, a report will be prepared for you. If you have not received the report within 48 hours, please contact baggage[at]tll.aero.

Passengers of Heston Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, Pegasus Airlines, Ryanair, Skyline Express Airlines and Turkish Airlines must contact the airline directly to report damaged baggage.
