AS Tallinna Lennujaam airport charges

These terms of use provide an overview of airport charges and the principles for calculating them at the airports and airfields operated by AS Tallinna Lennujaam: Tallinn, Tartu, Kuressaare, Kärdla, and Pärnu airports, as well as Kihnu and Ruhnu airfields.

Decision of Tallinn Airport Ltd regarding airport charges effective from 1 February 2026.

The Estonian Aviation Act § 508 requires the airport managing body to publish its decision on the airport charges as well as justification for the changes at least two months before the charges start to apply. Aviation Act requires the managing body to consult with the airport users at least once a year regarding rates and, where necessary, the quality of airport services. Tallinn Airport held a consultation meeting with airport users on 18 September 2025 and proposed not to change airport charges for 2026. Airport users were given time to submit their comments and related materials regarding the proposal until 10 October. The proposal received no objections from airport users regarding the proposed airport charges. AS Tallinna Lennujaam management body has decided to apply Tallinn airport charges as of 01.02.2026 as indicated in the proposal sent to airport users on 11.09.2025

  • Passenger charge 10,50 euros per departing passenger
  • Landing charge 7,50 euros per ton/MTOW
  • Security charge 2,87 euros per departing passenger
  • PRM charge 0,48 euros per departing passenger
  • Transfer passenger charge 2,94 euros per departing passenger.
  • Tallinn airport introduces a 100% discount on the PRM and security charges for children under 2 years old.
