Airport charges

Starting from April 1, 2025 new airport charges at Tallinn Airport have applied

The consultation process for the 2025 airport charges began on 29 August 2024, when AS Tallinna Lennujaam sent an initial proposal to airport users.

The charges consultation meeting with the airport users took place on 30 September 2024 via MS Teams, where representatives from 21 airport users participated. During the meeting, AS Tallinna Lennujaam received questions, comments and requests for additional clarifications. The airport sent additional clarifications with meeting minutes and a presentation to the users on 18 October. AS Tallinna Lennujaam requested responses in writing from users by 15 October, and one airport user sent the response for the proposal on the due date. The changes have published on Tallinn Airport website on November 15, 2025.

New charges apply as follows:

  • AS Tallinna Lennujaam has introduced a security charge as a new charge component. The security charge is 2.87 euros per departing passenger
  • AS Tallinna Lennujaam has amended the charge for passengers with disabilities (PWD). The new PWD charge is 0.48 euros per departing passenger
  • The passenger charge did not change. The charge for a departing passenger will remain 10.50 euros
  • The landing charge has not changed. The landing charge remains 7.50 euros per ton of MTOW.
  • AS Tallinn Airport has abolished the transfer passenger charge discount. The transfer passenger charge is 2.94 euros per departing transfer passenger
  • The minimum parking charge for aircraft parking has changed. The new minimum parking charge is 25 euros per 24 hours of parking. The parking charge general unit and free of charge parking time has not changed.
  • Estonia does not have government tax for aviation

The new charges have applied from April 1, 2025, and the updated conditions will be published on Tallinn Airport website before that date.
